For 10 servings:

  • 120 g Butter
  • 400 g cooking cream
  • 115 g cream cheese
  • 225 g parmesan, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian spices
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 TL Pfeffer

  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Fry the chicken breast fillet and serve with pasta such as ribbon noodles or spaghetti

If the fillet is very thick, cut it in half to get thinner pieces. Heat the olive oil in a pan, season the meat with salt, pepper and paparika powder and fry for about 6 minutes on each side. Then let it rest for 5 minutes and cut it into strips.

For 4 servings:

  • 280 g tagliatelle (or any other pasta)
  • 5 EL Butter
  • 200 g cooking cream
  • 225 g parmesan, grated
  • pepper and salt
  • 450 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Make your own cheese sauce with shrimp or prawns

Cook the pasta in salted water as described on the packaging. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium heat and let the cream simmer for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the cheese and melt it while stirring constantly. Then season with salt and pepper. Heat a tablespoon of butter in a large pan, fry the shrimp for 3-4 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Now add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Drain the pasta and serve with the Alfredo sauce. Spread over the shrimp and finally the fresh parsley.
