Exceptional French Marble & Bronze Mantle Clock. Bronze case with figure of a robed maiden and nude putti standing below the clock case with an open aperture having a glass panel exposing the swinging pendulum; the bronze tube contains the clock with ribbon crest and hanging garland on the sides, on a white marble base with gilt bronze filigree mounts. 4.25 in. porcelain dial with black hour numbers, painted floral garland, pierced gilt brass hands and bronze hinged door bezel.
