Stored dry and cool, it lasts for a few weeks, preferably after 3 weeks at the latest. If your nut flour tastes more than a bit bitter, it has gone rancid and should be thrown away. However, the de-oiled nut flour bought in the shop scores with a very long shelf life – about three to six months. This is probably due to the reduced fat content due to the oil pressure.
