Chatelaine & Watch with Garden Scenes, by Daniel de St. Leu (1753-1790), English, c 1775. Gold, painted enamel, diamonds. The watchcase is decorated with a scene of blindman's buff, and the chatelaine has pastoral views in painted enamel. Daniel de St. Leu served as watchmaker to King George III (1760-1820).
