Easy! I sprayed the tall and short wine bottles (free from a friend) with silver metallic paint (Krylon), added glitter, sprayed the glass letters (clearanced at Michael's for .50 each) & added glitter, and painted the shorter wine bottle with chalkboard paint. Total cost: About $3.00 ~Melissa~
