1. Thoroughly clean the oyster mushrooms with dry kitchen paper, then rinse briefly under running water and pat dry.
2. Cut off the ends of the stems and halve larger specimens.
3. Portion the mushrooms and divide them into several freezer bags. Close the freezer bags and place them in the freezer compartment.
